I am writing today to thank you for all of your hard work you have done for me over the last two years. To date, I have had you work on numerous remodeling and home improvement projects.

Initially, I had you come in to do a remodeling project on a home office. It was great having your expertise in helping me realize my dream office. You helped me all the way from the planning part to completing the project. It was great to have your professional input to make sure I had a beautiful yet functional office. I was so thrilled with your work on the office; I have decided to continue using your company to help with other projects that need to be done on my home.

So far, I have had you do the following jobs on my home: concrete work, installing new windows on my home, installing a tankless water heater, replacing the front door, installing outdoor electrical, installing two ceiling fans, grading of the ground for an above ground pool, and installing new lighting in the garage.

What I thought would be a single project has turned into an ongoing working relationship with you. I have been so thrilled with your work, I have continued to have you come back to do more work. It has been great having such an experienced contractor who can complete any number of projects. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to you for any projects that require the use of a general contractor.

I just had to write to thank you (again!) for the stunning results you delivered on my kitchen remodeling project.

We started out with my basic concept, added your brilliant improvements, and you turned a tired, worn-out 30-year old kitchen into a thing of beauty and complete functionality. The quality of your work, and of the subcontractors you brought in, is impeccable. You held my hand when I couldn't make up my mind (such patience!); you were there, hands-on (and often knee-deep or chest-high every day...to supervise the subs and attend to even the smallest of details. The family room face-lift was absolutely necessary and I am eternally grateful for you for giving me the push I needed to do it, and then making it possible to get it done. You stuck to my budget-even adding upgrades I never knew existed - and accommodated me and my family as much as humanly possible - even while we were down to studs and floorboards! I can think of no higher compliment to pay than to say you treated my home is though it was your own.

Major remodels can be pretty scary. What one dreams of can all too easily turn into a nightmare with the wrong contractor. You are skilled, honest, knowledgeable, resourceful calm and diligent. You are the right contractor...and you made my long-awaited dream come true. Thank you so very much.
